WHEN IS OUR RENTAL DEPOSITS DUE AND WHEN IS OUR FINAL PAYMENT ?

 

On all renewal reservations or reservations made the prior year, we require 25% Deposit October 1;

an additional 25% due February 1 and the final payments due 30 days prior to occupancy.

 

 

CAN YOU MAKE A CASH PAYMENT:

 

You may make your final payment in cash upon arrival rather than 30 days prior to  arrival. Cash payments can only be made in our Offices.

 

 

ARE OUR  PAYMENTS SECURE?

 

 Lazy River Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Partners Real Estate LLC which is a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Offices that provides State protections.

 

 

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE ?

 

Only Guests that obtain Trip Protection Insurance at the time of their reservation have options to cancel their reservation and obtain full or partial refunds.  Link for Insurance is below.  Lazy River always provide the option to postpone their reservation for the following season with 90 days advance notice with a $ 95.00 with your full deposit being credited to your future reservation

DO YOUR PAYMENT METHODS HAVE A TRANSACTION FEE ?

 

There is a convenience fee of 3% charged yo your reservation  for any payments made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal or Debit Cards. We do not accept American Express.  Payments made using ZELLE, VENMO, CASH APP or by Check have no transaction fees.

 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS?

 

Lazy River rentals will accept personal checks provided that they are received by Office 21 days in advance,  We do not accept personal checks at time of arrival or check in.
